Dr Fred A. Yamoah is currently employed as a Research Associate and Lecturer in Value Chain Management at the Kent Business School, University of Kent Madway campus. Before joining Kent Business School, he was a Lecturer in Marketing, Agribusiness Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Science & Technology, Kumasi, Ghana and MBA Dissertation Supervisor at the University of Sunderland, London campus.
Dr Yamoah serves as the Quality Nominee of Edexcel programmes and the Chairman of the Academic Board at the City of London Business School, London, UK. He is a regular reviewer for International Academy of African Business and Development and a contributing author of ‘Developing Skills for Business Leadership’ – a recommended textbook for Post Graduate Business programmes at both Sunderland Business School and Kent Business School Medway Campus; published by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD, UK).
Fred is passionate about the positive impact of research on business and society. For instance, he was a key player and speaker at all the Seminars on the collaborative project between Kent Business School, Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology (DICE) and Faculty of Social and Applied Sciences, Canterbury Christ Church University, UK, on Behavior Change 2012.
Fred is currently expecting reviewers’ responses on 3 papers (two papers targeting 3-STAR Journals submitted to the Journal of Business Ethics and International Journal of Production Economics and 1 submitted to British Food Journal 1*; but has over 17 journal and conference publications, and 4 papers accepted for publication in relatively lower rated journals on subjects relating to his research interests.
