Participation in the workshop is free of charge.
This 120-minute interactive online workshop is designed to support early-career scholars by strengthening their research skills, increasing their visibility within the global AOM community, and expanding their professional networks. The workshop focuses on research in technology and innovation management and provides a supportive environment for idea refinement and scholarly development.
During the workshop, selected participants will deliver a three-minute pitch of their research idea. Applications are welcome from PhD students, junior faculty members, postdoctoral researchers, and lecturers who are currently based in institutions in LMICs or the Global South. Applicants do not need to be members of the Academy of Management to participate.
