NiBS University
NiBS University is a private, boutique business university in Ghana dedicated to developing executives and professionals who create new knowledge, lead with insight, and shape Africa’s future.
Founded in 2014 as Nobel International Business School (NiBS), the University was established in response to a defining African paradox: abundant resources and opportunity alongside persistent graduate unemployment and underperformance in organizational leadership.
NiBS was created to address this contradiction, not by replicating traditional business education models, but by reimagining business education for the African context.
On December 19, 2024, NiBS was granted a Presidential Charter by the Republic of Ghana, formally becoming NiBS University, the highest level of institutional recognition within Ghana’s tertiary education system. This milestone affirms our academic integrity, governance standards, and national relevance.
