Dr. Henry Ibok is a seasoned customer experience and internal sales expert with 20 years of experience across leading organizations. He was the pioneer Internal Sales Manager for Mantrac Group (a Caterpillar dealership), where he established internal sales teams across Kenya, Ghana, Egypt, Uganda, and Russia. He has led high-performing customer experience teams at Airtel, Tech Mahindra, and Jumia. Currently, Dr. Ibok serves as Senior Manager for Customer Experience and Insights at Mines.io Limited (Migo), a Fintech company leveraging Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence for credit risk assessment and automated credit facilities. He is a recipient of the prestigious Africa Revenue Makers Award 2025 (ARMA’25) – Customer Hero Award. Dr. Ibok holds six academic degrees: a BSc in Marketing from the University of Calabar, Nigeria; Master’s degrees in Marketing, Managerial Psychology, and Diplomacy and Strategic Studies from the University of Lagos, Nigeria; and a Master’s in Applied Business Research and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Nobel International Business School in collaboration with SBS Swiss Business School, Zurich, Switzerland. His expertise spans customer experience strategy, sales management, and fintech innovation.
