Dr. Martin Kolbil Yamborigya is the Acting Commissioner of the Domestic Tax Revenue Division (DTRD) of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). He is a seasoned tax administrator and public finance expert, boasting over 20 years of experience dedicated to Ghana’s revenue administration. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions, including Head of Tax Audit at the Large Taxpayer Office (LTO), Head of Audit for Special Audits, and Head of Audit at the Legon Medium Taxpayer Office. He has led major tax reforms to strengthen Ghana’s domestic revenue mobilization.
