Dr. Boahemaa Ntim is a seasoned entrepreneur, business strategist, and thought leader with over three decades of experience spanning finance, consulting, edtech, and manufacturing. She is Managing Partner of Blacksmith Africa Consulting and founder of Nutrihealth Foods and Beverages. As author of “Beyond the Hustle” and host of the podcast by the same name, she shares powerful insights from real African entrepreneurial journeys.

Dr. Ntim leads an SME support hub that helps businesses formalize, access funding, and scale sustainably. She serves on several corporate boards and has collaborated with prominent brands including CAL Bank, Stanbic, Redfins Energy, and Star Ghana, spearheading innovation, marketing, and leadership development initiatives.
She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School and a Doctorate in Business Leadership from IPAG, France.
