NiBS is a new, private boutique business school in Ghana.
It was founded in July 2014 by Professor Kwaku Atuahene-Gima. After over 25 years of experience in industry and academia with institutions like the Queensland University of Technology and University of Wollongong in Australia, City University of Hong Kong, Aston Business School in the UK and the China Europe International Business School (CIEBS), Shanghai and in Accra as the Founding Executive Director of CIEBS Africa campus, he concluded that the traditional model of education was unsuited to the working professional in Africa.

Founder & President
He envisioned a new kind of educational model designed to meet the needs of executives, employees, and employers in Africa.
One that was executive-friendly, designed to take account of the peculiar needs, problems, and opportunities in business education in the African context; one that offered opportunities for executives and professionals to develop new theoretical and practical models for understanding, evaluating, and affecting the efficient and fair practice of business and management in Africa.
