Service industries are critical to Africa’s future. This program prepares leaders to design, manage, and lead service-oriented organizations across sectors such as finance, government, healthcare, and professional services.

Program Objectives

Graduates will:

  • Digital Services Business Model & Strategy
  • Service Quality Management

  • Service Employee & Customer Experience Management
  • Strategic Risk Management

  • Sustainability Leadership, Ethics, and CSR
  • Leading Professional Services

  • Research Methods
  • Applied Research Project

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR professional qualification(e.g., ICAN, ACCA, ICAD, CIMG).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience.

Additional Requirements

  • Proof of English proficiency (for applicants from non-English-speaking countries).
  • International qualifications must be evaluated by the Ghana Tertiary Education Council (GTEC).
  • Copy of National ID or Passport (bio-data page).
  • Two passport-size photographs
  • Current CV
