Dr. Irene Stella Agyenim-Boateng is a highly accomplished C-Suite Executive and transformational leader with extensive senior leadership and board experience spanning the private and public sectors. She currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Public Services Commission (PSC) and has held senior executive positions including Deputy Chief Executive (Services) at the Volta River Authority (VRA), Group Human Resource Director at GLICO Group, and Human Resource Director at Vodafone Ghana and Ghana Telecom.
She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the Swiss Business School, a Doctor of Letters (HC) from Institut Universitaire La Grace, Benin, and multiple master’s degrees including an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana. Dr. Agyenim-Boateng is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (CIHRMP), the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (CILG), and the Institute of Directors (IoD) Ghana.
An accomplished author of “100 Career Nuggets – Keeping it Punchy,” she has received over 30 awards across Ghana and Africa. Her expertise spans human resource management, leadership development, organizational transformation, and alternative dispute resolution, making her a passionate mentor in career development and youth empowerment.
