Dr. Kwabena Situ is an Assurance Partner at Deloitte Ghana, serving as Head of Deloitte Academy and Deputy Leader for the Financial Services Industry. With over 16 years of post-qualification experience, he specializes in auditing, accountancy, and consultancy services, with particular expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) implementation and updates across West Africa.

Dr. Situ has extensive experience working with clients in the banking, insurance, and oil & gas sectors, and is a key member of the Deloitte Africa Accounting and IFRS specialist group. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), and holds a degree in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of Ghana, Legon. His blend of technical accounting expertise and philosophical grounding positions him as a thought leader in financial reporting and professional development.
