Dr. Yaw Adom-Boateng is a seasoned insurance professional with over 22 years of industry experience. He is a Chartered Insurer and Fellow of both the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK (elected 2007) and the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (FCIIG). He holds  MBA from the University of Western Sydney, Australia, a Master of Applied Business Research, and a Doctorate in Business Leadership from the Swiss Business School, Switzerland.

Dr. Adom-Boateng is a Post-Merger Integration Specialist (Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions & Alliances, Austria) and holds a Certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online. His expertise spans corporate growth strategy, underwriting, claims, reinsurance, risk management, bancassurance, e-insurance, and company financial strength rating. He has mentored numerous millennial insurance professionals and serves as a visiting lecturer for Motor Insurance at the West African Insurance Institute (WAII), Banjul, Gambia.

He was recognized with the Ghana 40 Under 40 Award in Insurance (2018) and named Insurance Professional of the Year by the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (2019), reflecting his excellence in advancing the insurance sector.
