Dr. Annor is an accomplished HR practitioner with extensive experience and expertise in HR and Leadership. He is a Senior Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance in the United States of America. Before his current role, Dr. Annor has held several key positions in different organizations. He was the Group Human Capital Director of Broad-spectrum Limited, Head of Human Resources at CFAO PLC, Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) with Jospong Group of Companies, and the Head of Human Resources for TAQA Energy. He also played a pivotal role in the acquisition and merger exercise of AirtelTigo as the Chief Human Resource Officer.

Dr Annor has also held key HR roles at various organizations, including Airtel Ghana, PZ Cussons, Vodafone Ghana, and American Towers (ATC). In addition, he led several high-impact projects, such as the establishment of the GNAT Cancer Foundation, the commercialization of the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC), and the Sweden Ghana Medical Centre’s lead transition manager. Dr. Annor holds a doctoral degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Applied Management Research from Swiss Business School, Switzerland.

He is also a certified Human Resource Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Talent Management Practitioner (STMP).Dr. Annor will speak on the topic, The Future of Work and Talent Management on the 13th of March 2024 at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel.
