Prof Pikay Richardson is a seasoned international world-class management development educator, consultant and business school professor. He holds degrees in Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Business Economics from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, and a Ph.D. from the Victoria University of Manchester. He is a visiting senior fellow at the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, and an Institute Fellow at the Centre for British Studies, Humboldt University, Berlin, Germany.

Prof has over 25 years of experience designing and delivering short executive development courses in Business Economics, Corporate Strategy, Leadership Development, Change Management, Corporate Governance and Ethics, and Strategic Planning and Management for in-service managers and executives in the UK and many other countries.
He has also consulted for and advised several companies in the UK and served as a member of the Board of Management and chairman of the Equal Opportunities Committee of the Northern Counties Housing Association, a £60 million turnover UK company. Currently, he is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Luton Engineering Services, UK. He sits on the Board of Capemay Properties Limited, a Pinnacle Group of Companies member in Ghana.

As Director of the Indian Railways Senior Management Programme, he was instrumental in training senior managers of Indian Railways. This programme contributed in no small way to making Indian Railways eventually financially self-sufficient. Prof will speak on the topic, Building Future-Ready Leaders in Organisations on the 13th of March 2024 at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel.
