Dr. Victor Abbey is a Corporate Leader, Strategy and Leadership Consultant, Mentor and Author with in-depth knowledge, understanding and experience in diverse corporate operational environments and perspectives (including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas industries, etc.) spanning over 20years. He is a distinguished veteran military leader, and currently Chief Servant – V5 Solutions Ltd, and Managing Partner – FV Global Consult. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (CILG) USA & Ghana, Member, Institute of Directors (IoD) Ghana.

Dr. Victor Abbey holds doctorate degree in Business Administration, and Master degree in Applied Business Research (MABR) from the SBS Swiss Business School, Switzerland.

He is an Alumnus of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and the University of Ghana with Master and First degrees in Business Administration and Philosophy respectively, Certificate in Leadership and Crisis Management from Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP).

He is also a certified Trainer of trainers and Specialist in Occupational Safety & Health management, and Cross-Cultural Negotiation in Trade & Finance. The author of the book “V.U.C. described A World and the Future of Corporate Strategy and Leadership”, published and launched in 2021, and by many Corporate Leaders as a Master-piece and a critical Strategic leadership toolkit.

Dr. Abbey will be the moderator for the topic Making your Organisation Future-Ready on the 13th of March 2024 at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel.
