The Nobel International Business School (NiBS) has launched its Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) program.
The goal of the program is to increase the internal ability of business executives and organizations to create and accelerate profitable growth through innovation.

It was launched on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at the NiBS campus in Shiashie, Accra.

In his speech, NiBS President, Prof. Atuahene Kwaku Gima emphasized the importance of innovation in modern corporate operations and the potential for employees to adapt to these advancing trends.

“I think the reason is that we have not emphasized the importance of innovation training and capacity building in leaders and organizations. When a nation accepts that innovation is critical to its development, it must take action to build innovation capacity in the public and private sectors. This capacity building requires corporate leadership knowledge, skills, and competencies and those of their managers and employees.” READ MORE>>>>
