Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Live Streaming & Event Setup: Set up microphones, projectors, and live stream sessions for class sessions or events, ensuring smooth and high-quality broadcasts.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership on specialized projects related to core information technology systems and services such as LMS, e-library systems, etc.
  • Web Development: Design, develop, and update the official school website and any other websites as required.
  • Network Management: Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring stable internet connectivity at all times.
  • Technical Support: Respond promptly to staff and student issues and requests, providing efficient troubleshooting and solutions.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and coordinate the replacement of equipment as necessary.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect all system information against cybercrime or third-party infringement.
  • Technology Exploration: Proactively test new technologies relevant to the school system and recommend potential implementations.
  • Other Duties: Perform any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT administration, network management, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
