Strategic Management

Dr. Damoah Obi Berko is an Associate Professor with the Depaartment of Organisaation & Human Resource Management at the University of Ghana Business School. He holds a PhD (strategic management) (Wales, UK), MBA (Corporate Strategy & Economic Policy (the Netherlands), M. Phil (Finance Option) (Ghana) & BSc Administration (Accounting Option) (Ghana). Currently, Dr Obi is a member of faculty at the University of Ghana Business School, Legon, Accra, Ghana and lectures in Advanced Business Planning, Strategic Management and Project Management in Climate Change.
He has lived and worked in Canada, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom and gained experience with the following international organisations: Iron Mountain, Records Management Organization (Brampton, Canada); the European Forum on International Co-operation (EUFORIC) (Maastricht, the Netherlands) and the Cardiff Metropolitan University (Wales, United Kingdom).

Dr. Obi is a member of three (3) of the most reputable academic professional associations namely: the British Academy of Management (BAM) (UK), Academy International Business (AIB) (USA) and the Academy of Management (AoM), USA.

He holds a PhD (strategic management) (Wales, UK), MBA (Corporate Strategy & Economic Policy (the Netherlands), M. Phil (Finance Option) (Ghana) & BSc Administration (Accounting Option) (Ghana).
