 Program Overview

The Executive MBA program aims to produce a new caliber of business executives who are critical thinkers, have unparalleled creativity and communication skills, and can generate and implement new ideas that create new value and add value to their organizations.  Program Objectives

Upon completing the Program, the student will:

  • Demonstrate understanding of leadership and the nature of management in organizations, thriving in an African multi-cultural environment and a high level of global awareness
  • Exhibit robust civic engagement and ethical behavior in their community.
  • Develop knowledge and expertise in identifying, understanding, and successfully tackling the interdisciplinary, cross-functional, strategic issues that characterize top management decision-making today.
  • Develop insight into how organizations create new value and add value to products and services.
  • Develop the management skills and knowledge to lead and grow professionally in the increasingly dynamic African and global economic environments.
