The MBL develops leadership expertise, strategic decision-making ability, and advanced people-management skills. The program emphasizes personal leadership development, communication, teamwork, and innovation.

10 courses | 40 credits

Module 1 : Service Design & Management

  • Service Management.
  • Service Design & Innovation

  • Digital Services Business Model & Strategy.
  • Service Quality Management.

  • Service Employee & Customer Experience Management.
  • Strategic Risk Management.

  • Sustainability Leadership, Ethics, and CSR.
  • Leading Professional Services

  • Research Methods.
  • Applied Research Project.

3 credits for each course – Total Credits = 40

Admission Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR professional qualification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, ICAD, CIMG).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience.

Additional Requirements

  • Proof of English proficiency (for applicants from non-English-speaking countries).
  • International qualifications must be evaluated by the Ghana Tertiary Education Council (GTEC).
  • Copy of National ID or Passport (bio-data page).
  • Two passport-size photographs.
  • Current CV
