Dr. Edmund Nana Kwame Nkrumah

Dr. E.N. Kwame Nkrumah is currently the PhD Program Director for the Nobel International Business School (NiBS) academic PhD program. He is an accomplished academic researcher and business consultant with over a decade of experience in Financial Economics, Management Studies, and Education Development Policies. He has an extensive track record of delivering exceptional results in a variety of roles, including Visiting Scholar at Solbridge – International Business School- Beijing Foreign Studies University, Lead Consultant for Professional Development at the BarryTraum Group, Lead Trainer for EDMAT, and Corporate Trainer for CITAM.

Dr. Nkrumah’s academic experience started as serving as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Valley View University to an Academic and Senior Research Fellow during his Post-doctoral at Jiangsu University, PR China. Dr. Nkrumah’s PhD thesis is published in a Q1 journal, indexed by the Web of Science. He has authored numerous scholarly articles in well-regarded academic journals indexed by the Web of Science (Q1s-Q2s), and he frequently contributes as a columnist to the Business and Financial Times and other reputable Ghanaian media outlets.
His diverse research interests reflect his broad expertise in business development and entrepreneurship, energy economics, financial restructuring, investment risk and appraisal, corporate governance, monetary policies, organizational behaviour, cutting-edge technologies, and occupational health and safety management systems.

Dr. Nkrumah obtained his Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering with the support of a prestigious Presidential Scholarship. During his doctoral studies, he earned a second-level scholarship as one of the best Ph.D. candidates in the School of Management in 2018 and 2019. He is also a fellow of the Global Academy of Finance and Management (GAFM-USA) and a Certified Chartered Financial Economist, ACCE-USA.
