Dr. Mark Boadu

Qualitative Research Methods & Corporate Governance

Dr Mark Boadu is a corporate governance expert and a senior lecturer. He holds a PhD in Corporate Governance from Plymouth University, UK. He also holds Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Science Education degrees from the University of Ghana and the University of Cape Coast respectively. Dr Boadu is Doctoral Fellow of the Institute of Professional Financial Management (IPFM, UK), and a Senior Lecturer at University of Professional Studies (UPS), Accra, Ghana. Prior to joining UPS, Dr Boadu was Senior Lecturer at the College of Technology Education, Kumasi, Ghana; Associate Dean – School of Business, All Nations University, College, Koforidua, Ghana, Senior Tutor, Plymouth University International College, UK; and Lecturer (Corporate Governance and Research Methods) School of Management, Plymouth University Business School, UK.  Dr Mark Boadu has a wealth of knowledge and experience in corporate governance, He has also served on a number of Boards and Committees both within the university community and corporate world.
