At the 2023 CILG Ghana Induction and Awards Ceremony, Mrs. Gillian Hammah—a student at Nobel International Business School’s (NiBS)  PhD Cohort 6, acquired the prestigious Doctoral Dissertation Award on a momentous occasion. Her winning thesis, “Striving for Organizational Excellence: An Integrated Model for Managing Commercial and Employee Logic,” completely changes our thoughts on leadership dynamics.
