Gillian Hammah brings a wealth of experience in leadership and strategy, with a background spanning over 25 years in financial services across Ghana and Canada. Through her freelance consulting endeavours, she consults on leadership, business strategy, and staff engagement initiatives. She also plays a pivotal role as Group Chief Marketing Officer for Databank, Ghana’s prominent investment bank, spearheading a dynamic 120-member Marketing and Sales team.

Gillian holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from York University (Canada) and a Masters in Marketing Strategy from the University of Ghana Business School. She recently completed her PhD. in Business Administration at Nobel International Business School, specializing in Leadership, receiving an award for Best Dissertation from the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (Ghana Chapter). Her exemplifies her unwavering commitment to leadership, strategy and continuous learning, making her a valuable partner in the pursuit of success.

Passionate about making an impact and creating positive change, she chairs the Education and Research working group of the World Bank-funded Capital Markets Master Plan and contributes to the Ghana Securities Industry Associations Education and Training Committee.
